‘The Last of Us’ and ‘Baby Reindeer’ Stars Officially Team Up in New Movie
Bella Ramsey has spent two seasons evading deadly fungal zombies and even deadlier human survivors on HBO's The Last of Us. Now, they're in a life-or-death struggle of a different kind in the coming-of-age cancer dramedy Sunny Dancer. Collider is proud to exclusively present a sneak peek from the movie before it hits North American theaters this week. Sunny Dancer stars Ramsey as Ivy Pritchard, a 17-year-old cancer survivor whose disease is in remission. As she struggles to make connections with her classmates, her parents (Baby Reindeer's Jessica Gunning and House of the Dragon's James Norton) send her to CRF Camp, a program for minors with cancer.
At camp, she finds people she has something in common with, including camp president Patrick (Neil Patrick Harris, How I Met Your Mother), and campers Ella (Ruby Stokes, Bridgerton), Ralph (Earl Cave, Dune: Prophecy), and Archie (Conrad Khan, Peaky Blinders). She soon forms a special connection with fellow camper Jake (Daniel Quinn-Toye, Sterling Point), but she's about to discover just how fleeting life can be. The film was released in theaters earlier this year in the UK, and currently holds a sterling 88% fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
