’Ransom Canyon’s Josh Duhamel Takes on Father-Son Hitman Action in New ‘London Calling’ Image

Josh Duhamel (Ransom Canyon) and Jeremy Ray Taylor (It) are lying low in a brand-new image from the pair’s upcoming action comedy feature, London Calling. Joining some other great titles as part of Collider’s Exclusive Preview event that’s kicking off the upcoming fall slate, the image teases a taste of the action (and style) that audiences can expect to see from Allan Ungar’s (Bandit) latest project, which is set to crash into cinemas on September 19. With supporting performances from Rick Hoffman (Suits) and Aidan Gillen (Game of Thrones), the movie will see Duhamel’s struggling hitman on the most high-stakes mission of his life as he babysits the son of his new boss and is tasked with teaching him the ropes of the industry.

Taylor’s Julian is packing some serious heat in our exclusive snapshot of London Calling. Ready to pounce, the young man crouches behind his teacher and skilled hitman, Tommy Ward (Duhamel), as the pair keep their eyes locked on something off camera. Both men are dressed to the nines, with Tommy looking especially cool thanks to a pair of orange-tinted sunglasses and a leather jacket that fully pulls his bad boy persona into place. From what we can gather, the image likely comes from later on in the film, as Julian looks incredibly comfortable with the firearm in his hand and appears ready to snap into action as soon as Tommy gives the go-ahead.
