Daisy Ridley, the lead actor in the new Star Wars trilogy, has a new movie coming out on February 21, 2025. The title is Cleaner, and per the actor's claims, she felt very alone during the production of the film. However, it wasn't because she willingly stayed away from the rest of the cast and crew. It was because the film's plot called for her character to be alone most of the time.

Directed by Martin Campbell, the director of James Bond films like GoldenEye and Casino Royale, as well as the films Edge of Darkness and Green Lantern, Cleaner follows Ridley's Joey Locke, an ex-soldier who has been dishonorably discharged and now cleans windows in skyscrapers for a living. Locke finds herself in the middle of a conspiracy when activists take over a gala in one of the buildings, and hostages are taken. Her brother is one of the hostages, and she'll do her best to save him, even if she must revisit her past as a highly skilled soldier.
